Pepper Hills #2 Homeowners Association is committed to providing the highest level of community living with a beautiful, well-maintained, safe and neighborly environment for the common benefit and enjoyment of all homeowners.
We will enforce the Association Bylaws and Declaration of Easements, Covenants and Restrictions while providing ethical and fiscally responsible solutions to promote a strong sense of community, to optimize our property values, and plan for the future.
The Pepper Hills #2 Homeowner's Association Board meets once a month.
Dates and times vary depending on everyone's schedule.
All members of the association are welcome to attend and should submit proposed items of business so that they are received seven days prior to the meeting.
General Monthly Meeting Information
The Board of Directors will hold an association meeting every month until otherwise noted.
We encourage all members of the Association to attend our monthly Board meetings.
In an effort to stay on time and organized, any issues that members of the Association would like addressed at the monthly meetings must be submitted in writing 24 hours before the meeting.
Annual and Special Meeting Information
Notice of annual and special meetings of the association will be delivered, mailed or faxed to all members no more than 30 days prior to the meeting and no less than 5 days prior to the meeting.
Notices will include the date, time, location and agenda of the meeting.
Amendments to the covenants require approval by more than 75 percent of the voting power of the association.
